We had items moved from my daughters residence to our condominium and to our rental storage facility. Everything went according to schedule from arrival time to completion. "I recently used Easy Movers to move to a 3rd story apartment. Easy Movers exceeded my expectations in communications and with the overall move. I received an estimate for the cost of my move as it was on an hourly basis. The actual cost was exactly the same as estimate. I had expected it to be a little higher because I have a lot of stuff! All of my furniture was carefully wrapped with clean materials. My glass fronted bookcase was very carefully protected. Nothing had a scratch on it when it was put in my apartment. The guys worked very very hard, even asking if it was okay to take a 5 minute break! They were professional, considerate and just plain awesome. They made sure my furniture and all my boxes were exactly where I wanted them and even did some furniture re-arranging when, as females typically do, I changed my mind. I will definitely use Easy Movers again and recommend them to all of my friends."

"My brother and I were to be at Mom's apt that morning to finish packing her things and crew was scheduled to arrive at 1:00 PM. Very sadly and unexpectedly, Mom passed away the evening before (3/17). Needless to say, my siblings and I were very upset! I called Suzanne that morning, told her what had happened and gave her my address as delivery location. Even though extremely difficult to do, my brother went over to Mom's apt to begin to finish packing up. The crew arrived at exactly 1:00, had already been informed about Mom's death and just could not have been more understanding and helpful. They helped my brother with last bit of packing, made a stop at Goodwill to drop off a couple things we wanted to donate, went to my sister's house to take a sofa and table and then came to my house. Once here, they were great with putting boxes and furniture, very carefully, in an area of garage and brought a couple pieces in the house. I can not begin to express the gratitude we felt for the caring and compassionate manner in which Suzanne and certainly the crew (I, unfortunately, do not know their names) took care of what we needed done during an extremely difficult and sad time! A week later, I received a hand written note from Suzanne expressing her and the company's condolences AND Mom's obituary cut out of the Observer in case we needed more copies!! I just can not thank Easy Movers enough for the extraordinary "beyond the call" service they provided!"

After a brief look around to survey the job at hand, they began to expertly pad every piece of furniture for a safe journey to its new home. They worked diligently to perform the task as quickly as possible. When we arrived at the townhouse, they worked with me to insure that each piece of furniture was placed in just the right spot. "I called on Monday and received an appointment for Wednesday of the same week. We had just bought some new furniture, so we had to have the other furniture out rather quickly. I might also mention that this furniture was located in a third floor bonus room. We had a couch, chair and ottoman, 2 end tables, a bookcase, and an area rug. The appointment scheduler was very polite, and accommodating considering the short notice on my behalf. The price quoted was accurate. Mike and Ed arrived on time on moving day and were most efficient and polite. The furniture pieces were heavy. They navigated the furniture down 2 sets of stairs and a steep driveway with zero damage. They subsequently delivered the furniture and moved it into an office approximately 2 miles away again with no untoward incidents or damage. This was the second time that I had used this company for small moves such as this, and I was totally satisfied, and would definitely use them again in the future."

"Great experience, my second move with Easy Movers. Like working with the estimator, scheduler, owner etc. They do a good job keeping communication open, we had a variable move date and they were as flexible as any company could be and when it was go time, they made it happen. The guys who were on the job were great as well, hard working, accommodating, appropriately friendly with my family (small children etc.) Move took longer than expected we had more stuff than we thought! And these guys just kept on trucking, no complaints etc. Also moved a valuable and large piano with grace and ease, no sweat. Highly recommend and will Easy Movers next time I move."

"I called on a Wednesday and they were able to move me that Saturday. They were very professional and did an outstanding job. They were on time, fast paced, yet very careful with my furniture. They wrapped all the furniture to protect it and took care when going down the stairs and when loading and unloading. They were awesome. "I contacted Easy Movers just one week before I needed the furniture moved and talked to Suzanne. She took all of the information and assured me that the company could do the job on the date I needed it done. We discussed the furniture to be moved and she estimated that it would take three men about three hours to complete the job. She explained in detail exactly how much everything would cost. The day before the move, Gina called to confirm and she went over all of the information and the pricing again, just to be sure. On October 8th, three men, Nico, Van and Chris showed up exactly on time. They did a quick survey of how much furniture had to be moved into the POD and they went to work immediately. I am not exaggerating when I say they took better care of my furniture than I do myself! Everything was padded and shrink wrapped -- it was great. The guys were friendly but very business-like. They asked questions when they needed to but they mostly just stuck to the job at hand. They finished in less time than was estimated and got way more furniture in the POD than any of us thought they could. When the floors are finished, we hope the same crew can come back to move the furniture back into our house. I was very happy to use the $35.00 coupon Easy Movers had in the Angie's List magazine!!!!"
